La Navidad De Гѓngela -

" La Navidad de Ángela " (titled Angela's Christmas in English) is a heartwarming animated short film set in Limerick, Ireland, during the 1910s. Based on the only children's book by Pulitzer Prize-winning author Frank McCourt, the story is inspired by a childhood memory shared by his mother, Angela. Story Overview

The film follows six-year-old Angela on a blustery Christmas Eve. While attending mass at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, she notices the statue of Baby Jesus in the manger. Distressed that the infant statue is nearly naked and looks cold in the drafty church, Angela decides to "rescue" him. She secretly takes the statue home to keep him warm, leading to a series of innocent and humorous adventures as she tries to protect the "Baby" and eventually return him.
