On September 11, 2021, the game was not yet available for download or play. At this time, Electronic Arts was primarily focused on revealing player ratings and showcasing new technical features.
Early access officially began for EA Play members. This provided a 10-hour trial of the full game, including all progress carrying over to the final release.
