The narrative begins when (Amir Aghaee) is sideswiped by another vehicle, causing him to clip a motorcycle carrying a family of four. Although the 8-year-old son, Amir, appears unhurt, the doctor's insistence on a medical check-up is dismissed by the father, Moosa (Navid Mohammadzadeh), who accepts a small sum of money to fix his bike instead of involving the police.

Days later, Dr. Nariman discovers Amir’s body at the morgue where he works.
