The plot follows , a short high school student who has been bullied by girls his entire life. This trauma manifested as a unique "gynophobia": he breaks out in hives whenever a girl touches him. His life changes when he is magically transported through his bathtub to Seiren , a mystic world where women make up roughly 90% of the population.
