The game will launch with the Deadpool skin replacing the default character model (usually Alex Mercer).
Browse to your installation folder and select prototypef.exe . Load the Skin : Ensure you are in Package Mode . Deadpool.rar
: If you are using the Steam version of Prototype, you may need to rename TexMod.exe to prototypef.exe and rename the original game executable to something else so Steam launches the mod tool first. The game will launch with the Deadpool skin
