Jack Collins is a "war junkie" battling personal demons, whom the CIA considers a growing liability. His handler, Leigh, offers him a final chance: a mission in to hunt down Terry McKnight, a disavowed CIA operative. McKnight is attempting to procure a nuclear warhead from Russian gangsters.
